Calling From The Office of 5XD

Tuesday, November 13th 2007—After returning from Manitoba for three performances with the Winnipeg Symphony, we returned home to Shakopee. I had Monday off and spent it at the dentist's office getting a crown replaced.

Today, I spent most of the morning on the phone, calling symphony orchestras for the 2008-2009 season. In the afternoon, the team had a meeting to discuss the development of our PBS television special with WGVU in Grand Rapids MI. Leave it to the group to peruse all the details of making this work.

Over the past thirteen years of programming pops for orchestras, I've developed some wonderful professional relationships with associates in the League. Reflecting upon the Winnipeg Symphony engagement, I must say I have been very blessed to be working with all the members of Five By Design. They're some of the top professionals in the music business, but they are genuinely wonderful people with some great values.

So I invite you to BLOG 5XD. I know other members will be posting blogs so watch for them and learn a little about us! If you have seen our shows, let us know your thoughts and if you have any questions, we will try to answer them for you. Tell your friends and neighbors about Five By Design.
